We have a two bedrooms/2 baths Condo with easy access to Hwy 95 & turnpike. Close to parks, shopping, restaurants and medical facilities.

I have one unfurnished bedroom with separate bathroom for rent. Bedroom has towel floors and the bath is in the hallway outside of the bedroom.

Rent is $950.00 per month, no weekly or split payments, must be paid at the beginning of the month in full.

You would share the common living spaces (kitchen, dining room, etc.) with me. Parking is located in front of the Condo.

No pets. This is a non-smoking, drug-free household. I’m a clean person and I would love my house to stay clean.
