Nice roomy house (1400 sq ft) in Columbus! Looking for a third roomate- someone who’s clean, respectful, and has good communication skills will have a great time here. You’ll have use of a fully equipped kitchen and living room, and the sun room and back patio are being renovated. The room (10 ft by 12 ft) is on the second floor and has a small closet. Wood floors, so we will provide an area rug to help with noise dampening at night- a loud fan/noise machine is recommended at night so you aren’t woken up by movement around the house. ADT security is included in bill price for added safety. The house is close to downtown and the heart to Columbus. Laundry on site!

Loving plant mom’s/aspiring DIYers!! We’re currently slowly/steadily renovating the house so unfortunately no pets allowed right now ( for their safety). We both generally keep to ourselves and are quiet, but friendly. One of us are only at the house a couple days/weekends a month, so it’s really only one roommate 90% of the time.
