Large private room with a large balcony in a large family home in Oceanside. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. All utilities included. No smoking, no drugs, no pets and no couples.

We are a married a couple with 4 little kids and a dog. We are very laid back, keep a clean home, and are very respectful of others. I work in sales out of the home and my wife stays at home full time.
