Sharing a condo in a gated community with my wife and me creates a unique setup. We’re only there a few times a year, so most of the time the place is entirely yours.

When we are in town, we stay in the front bedroom. The bedroom shown in the photos would be your room, and the bathroom is primarily yours as well—except on the rare occasions when we have guests visiting.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions. My wife and I are professionals and only come into Orlando occasionally. We’re looking for someone respectful who will take good care of the place. We can furnish the unit, or we’re happy to discuss what you’d like to add or customize.
