Private furnished bedroom. 2 minutes from the Mall of Ga. Access to swimming pool in summer. Access to Entire house. I’m a single father with a young child living with me, therefore I’m accepting a FEMALE ONLY roommate. NO MEN. I currently have one awesome female roommate and hoping to find someone to occupy the room across the hall from hers. Race, religion, sexual orientation or lack there of is never an issue. Must have a job. Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license. MUST have good hygiene and keep your room CLEAN. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol in the house at any time. Must be pet friendly.
