Hi! I have one large bedroom for rent in my Victorian home, two blocks to downtown Cañon City Main Street, and just a few blocks to the Arkansas River and bike trails, grocery stores and post office. (A beautiful, 40-minute drive from Colorado Springs.) Room is upstairs and furnished, with bed and dresser, and has a large walk-in closet. Total size is about 180 sq ft.

This home is a very special place: 130 years old, with hardwood floors, lots of light, an enormous front porch, antiques, spacious rooms, and claw foot tub. About 2,000 square feet total.

This is a shared, furnished home. You will share the home with two responsible tenants, one male, one female, ages 35 and 28. (Male tenant has his own 1/2 bath.)

You will have access to all common areas including large sun room, cute kitchen nook, full bath for showering/bathing, spacious dining room, living room, huge porch, flower-filled yard areas. You will have tons of privacy here! The home is spacious.

$525/mo rent, includes all utilities & wifi. 2 months security deposit required ($1050).
