I’m looking for a tenant for one of my bedrooms! I’d prefer a medical student or young professional in need of a short-term lease for an internship. Rent would be $850 per month, including all utilities & WiFi. If internship rotation ends in the middle of a month, I’ll offer the option of extending at $250 per week.
