This property is located in a great area! It doesn’t get to noisy on this side of town, compared to downtown Chico, which is great for students to concentrate on their studies or in general with no distractions. The apartment has such a homey feel to it, great for company to come over to relax and chill. The living room is pretty spacious, as goes for the kitchen, which is big enough to cook all of your favorite meals! There is also a cute patio! My name is Maya, I am 20 years old and I am a junior at Chico state majoring in public health. I have been living in this apartment for about a month now with my boyfriend Daniel(22), and we absolutely love it in this apartment. This is our first time moving out and living together, and so far we love our cozy apartment!
