Hey! It’s a bedroom in an apartment here in Van Nuys. I can’t include photos as my roommate is currently still living in it, but will provide photos upon request.

I have a girlfriend who is frequently over, so please be ok with that. I do not mind if you have guests over, as long as they are cool with my cats. Building quiet hours are at 10:00 pm, but I’m generally up until 11 or 12 and won’t be bothered if you walk around.

I prefer someone who enjoys gaming, as I’m an avid smash bros/ magic the gathering fan. I’m also excited to live with any entrepreneurs and business folks. I’m about a 7/10 on the clean scale. I pay for a monthly maid, and you are free to chip in if you want your space cleaned as well. Lastly, I’m a minimalist to I prefer someone who doesn’t like to hoard. I’m also allergic to weed, so if you want to smoke, please be prepared to do it outside.
