The house is three bed and two bath. This specific room has a private bathroom, a walk in closet and is 15 x 10. It is furnished with a bunk bed (full bed on the bottom and twin bed up top). The house is on a cul de sac, so plenty of space for parking. The house has a 0.3 acre yard, so perfect for pets to play in. Washer and dryer is also included. All utilities included as well!
Home is roughly 10 minutes from the University of Texas at Arlington, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, the AT&T Stadium, Texas Live, and the Globe Life Park.
Currently, the property houses three females, 2 cats, and a bunny.
My name is Rachel; I am the homeowner and the owner of the bunny! I am a PhD student at Georgia Tech and am looking for someone to occupy my room when I move to Georgia. I also work at Lockheed Martin.
Next, we have our other two roomies whom live on the opposite side of the house and share a bathroom. They are the two cat owners! Both are really sweet, and I think are two of the best roomies I’ve ever had (and I’ve had over 10 in my years of college).
