Hello there, I have private bedrooms available for rent. The room is unfurnished however the common areas are fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. All utilities, high-speed (unlimited, no cap) internet, trash and pest control are included in the rent in addition to household supplies (detergent, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) that are delivered monthly via Amazon. In addition, a monthly cleaning crew leaves the house squeaky clean!
Essentially, all you need to bring are your personal bedroom belongings and your toiletries! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this time (let’s talk if it’s inside a tank).
House Details: The house is situated on a quiet street and just a few blocks away from the Westside BeltLine, Breweries and Pittsburgh Yards. Marta bus stops are easily accessible (< 3-minute walk) and Pittman Park is within walking distance (< 2-minute walk). Just a 2-minute drive away are the entrances to I-75/85 and I-20, making the drive to GSU (5 minutes away), GT (10 minutes away), and work commutes super easy.
Most of the roomies are either working professionals or graduate students working to get their careers going and saving money for their next step in life. Currently it’s a mix of male/female all in their 20s/30s. It’s not a party residence but I try to keep it fun by sponsoring roomie socials (quarterly) outside the residence (dinners, movie nights, go-karting, etc.).
