Bedroom has double closet, own balcony and full en suite bathroom (full bathroom counter, shower/bathtub combo). Bedroom is 16x20ft with plenty of space to fit 2 beds if needed. Includes secondary/additional office/study space [8’X11’].

Unit has high ceilings in living room, hard wood floors throughout. Also has plenty of storage throughout and attached 2 car garage with full washer and dryer in the garage. Parking space in garage for 1 additional vehicle. Condo bedroom not furnished.

Condo complex has on site security, pool, and hot tub and tennis courts. Condo complex is quiet; no loud parties, no kids, no pets.

Move in ready 1/15/22 or until end of January. Available for viewing 1/09-1/14.

Current resident (me) is a working professional, fully vaccinated male. Mellow, low key, low maintenance, really busy. Tidiness, cleanliness, and kindness are key qualities for potential roommate.

Male. Easy going, mellow, professional. Tidy and clean, but not an overzealous neat-freak. Travels a lot. Wanna be musician (cello), but terrible - I don’t play after 9pm. MCU nerd. Martial arts, hikes, beach runs, and reads a lot. Wine drinker, but my lush days are far behind me.
