I live in a quiet community it’s a 3 bedroom home, you will be sharing bathroom with my daughter she very polite she keeps to her self. All utilities included (electricity, water, gas, internet, HOA, laundry, refrigerator, parking). Cabinets for food storage will be provided, this is a female room only. If you don’t have a bedroom set I do have one to provide it’s in good condition.

I’m a quiet person I mind my own business I’m a respectful person my daughter does have a full time job so she’s gone majorly gone majorly of the time As for me I’m gone all day usually I’m home around 6 pm every night
