Property is in the Sobro area just a few blocks from the Monon in a nice quiet area. The home itself is furnished with 2 males living there currently. I’m occasionally there but mostly I’m away. We would each split the utilities paying a 4th each. I’m open to a set rate of $700 per month to include all utilities. There are 2 full bathrooms so it’s usually 2 people per bathroom to keep things easy but technically both are available to everyone.

2 males, one is a flight attendant and one works at planet fitness. I’m also occasionally there and work from home so when I’m around I stay in my room. Everyone’s nice and mostly keeps to themselves.
