A beautiful property nestled in a very quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood in Baltimore County (Marriottsville, next to Owings Mills and Eldersburg.) It is walking distance to a shopping center and a post office as well and close to the bus line. A beautiful fenced in yard with a screened in porch on the back, a patio with a fire pit and a grill. Lots of trees and birds. Free Wi-Fi .
All of the neighbors on all sides are nurses therefore we are surrounded by love and care.
Nearest to: Stevenson University, T Rowe Price, Northwest Hospital and Lifebridge Health (Sinai not far driving,) 15 minutes to Carroll Hospital, Wegmans, LA Fitness, Costco, and there is a CCBC Satellite Campus within walking distance and so much more.
Other roomers are typically very quiet and are working professionals. Only 1 roomie on the lower level currently and 1 on the top level. They never see each other as they are both working adults
