A large bedroom (11 ft×11.5 ft) in a small apartment on the second floor above a garage. Closet in room is large (8.5 ft long). Bathroom down the hall is shared for toliet. Shower and cabinets for private use, it can be decorated however you prefer. There is carpet throughout apartments except kitchen/bathroom. Kitchen is a small space, will be fully shared. We would like to have shared pots, pans, plates, etc. Just to not have a lot of clutter! Common areas are shared. Laundry is shared between 3 units and is quarter operated. Costs about $2 per load washer and drier. Parking included.
My Boyfriend(32) and I(27) are looking for a roommate to fill our free bedroom. We are both in the service industry, work weekends and nights(Total nightowls). We like to hangout at home for our days off and play videogames/ watch movies. My boyfriend is finishing school and I’m considering going back.
