We are steps to the Ravenswood Metra train stop and a 4 minute walk to the Brown Line, Damen stop. We have an updated kitchen and baths, in unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and central air conditioning and heat. A great plus to our area is that there is great street parking with an easy add permit (permit 62). The room is a large queen sized bedroom with a private full bath. Rent is $880/month plus utilities. No pets and must be tidy! Marianos and LA Fitness are only 2 blocks away which is very convenient especially in the winter.
