There is a private drive that fits two cars and street parking as well as some flexibility in getting a free permit from the city if you rather park on the street. There is a brand new hot water heater in this unit, in-window ac units provided by the landlord, wi-fi already hooked up and split,free laundry and storage in basement, and enough room in the backyard to have a table and chairs during warmer months. No pets or smoking are permitted on site.
