You’ll love this private master bedroom on the ground floor because of it’s privacy, security, serenity and cleanliness. Hardwood floors and 20“ Italian porcelain tile floors, granite, shower and tub, great ambiance, nice people, safe prestigious Covina Hills neighborhood and quiet all the time. Central air & heat, hi-speed fiberoptics WIFI, fully furnished with a comfortable queen size bed & mattress, mirrored dresser, mirrored closet doors, lots of drawers, TV, chair, inside laundry room, towels and bathroom supplies. Kitchen is not included and there is no cooking, however the microwave can be used to warm food only. A room refrigerator is included. The room is for an individual only, no couples, no visitors. This master bedroom is most suitable for someone who works outside of the house or a student. A peaceful place to sleep & relax in. Close to parks & recreations, schools, the 10 & 57 freeways, the Metro station, downtown Covina with shopping, entertainment and restaurants, fast food, Eastland shopping center, supermarkets, parks, Mt. SAC, Citrus Colleges, APU, & Cal Poly University.

Only two professional working adults live in this large house, one of whom lives upstairs, no kids in the house & no other rooms are rented out.
