Three roommates looking for a 4th to occupy one of our rooms for a one year lease, can be any gender. August 1st 2022 - July 31st 2023. Basement room is 10ft by 11ft with a closet and its own entrance/exit. Room is currently being used as a game room but it will be emptied for next year. Bathroom will be shared with one other person. We will be going into our senior year at UConn at the time of the lease starting. We have people over semi-regularly but no huge parties or anything along those lines. House is only a quarter mile off campus, easily walkable. Utilities not included are; trash, electricity, and internet. Heat is electric and water is well. Full kitchen; oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven. The rest of the basement is unfinished and is used for storage and laundry. Security deposit is $1600 due prior to move in date. No pets allowed. Decision will have to be made relatively quickly. Contact me if you are interested in checking the place out.

Nick Bezzina (he/him) - 21 year-old biology major at UConn, on the quieter side but always open to hang out in small groups when available. I spend a majority of my free time playing games or watching shows.

Coleman Hill (they/them) - 20 year-old sport management major at UConn active in athletics on campus. I’m pretty chill and laid back and game a lot.

Bonnie Jurgensmier (she/her) - 21 year-old psychology major at UConn. I enjoy watching TV and movies and love Marvel and Harry Potter
