This property is conveniently located near highway 70 and Dual Highway. Just minutes away from Meritus Hospital and HCC perfect for healthcare workers and students looking for a room near by. You would have a private room with a big closet. 1.5 bathrooms so showering bathroom would be shared. Very large living room with open floor space into dining room and kitchen. There is an attached garage and driveway as well as street parking. As well a small patio area great for summertime and grilling.

I will be the only other roommate, only interested in one person for this room (total 2 people in house) I work full-time as a manager/bartender-server at a local restaurant. When I’m not working I enjoy watching tv, light reading, video games, working out and hanging out with my family and friends. I’m quiet and keep to myself but I also like to get know people and know when and how to have fun. I would like my roommate to also be a friend and someone I can trust and possibly hangout with. Having guest over is not an issue as long as we both communicate when we will be doing so. I am the owner of the house so within the home we can set rules together, however there are HOA rules for the outside of the home but they mainly deal with yard maintenance and snow removal. Cannabis friendly but absolutely no cigarette smoking inside the home or garage.
