Close to everything. 1 minute drive to Governors Square Shopping Center (grocery stores, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc). 9 minute drive to Christiana Mall. 1 minute drive to Bear Library. 1 minute drive to Anytime Fitness and 3 minute drive to LA Fitness. Close to major highway. (In Bear, not Newark; website has the address incorrect and does not let me change it)
Applicant requirements: Non-smoker. No pets. Must be clean and tidy. Credit and background check required. Screenings will be done using Keycheck.com. Credit score must be above 600. No prior evictions. Clean background history. Gross income must be 3x the rent. Rent will be collected through Zelle or Cash App. Lease would be month-to-month (flexible)
About the roomies
Two young professionals (1 female and 1 male) . Both are very considerate, responsible, and respectful. Both were thoroughly screened. They have their own bedroom.
