Looking for a girl to room with me! I have a one-bedroom master suite with private bathroom available for rent starting as soon as February , in a quiet and clean area. 4 minutes away from the highway and 4 minutes away from the grocery store. A 15-20 minute drive to downtown too.

Rent is $900 +utilities a month (per room), and furniture for the shared areas will be provided like the couch, kitchen appliances, etc.

I have had roommates in the past and am looking for an individual that is down to earth, clean, and respectful of peoples space. The apartment is a 4 minute drive to I24, 15 minutes to Downtown, and 20 minutes to Brentwood.
