I’m looking for a nice roommate to move into the second bedroom with me and another female roommate!

The condo is a 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, located in the 89123 zip code. It is newly remodeled and is 1703 sqft. It is in a gated community with 24 hr security, 2 pools, parks, and a gym.

The room is spacious with great lighting! It has a semi-private balcony area and private balcony access. The bathroom is spacious and shared with one person.

I am an easy-going person. I’m quiet, clean, and responsible. When I come home I like to relax and read. I’m friendly and considerate so I hope I can get a roommate who shares those qualities. I’ve had a few roommates over the years and have gotten along with all of them.
