Access to laundry facilities and kitchen. Room rental is for one non-smoking person. Bathroom is a shared bathroom. Home has one small dog. No other pets are allowed.

Looking for a roommate who keeps things clean and tidy, does not expect to have visitors over, and does not bring any drama.
