The neighborhood is very safe as it is gated and has a patrol car at nighttime. Parking is covered and included with the current rent. Electric bill is not included.

In the other bedroom of this townhome there is a very clean and kind roommate who has a small dog that is very good with people and other animals. Not very loud and is very compliant to others. Works from home in her bedroom.
