We have a room for rent in a big 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house. The house is nice, clean and in a convenient court. We are looking for a responsible, respectful and friendly Roomate. Single Occupancy. Central AC and heat! House has been remodeled and has hardwood floors. It is gated and safe along with nice neighbors. Full use of house with washer, dryer, bbq and fire pit in the backyard and kitchen. Parking spot on the driveway.
Address is super close to 101 freeway, right behind foodmax plaza and Jollibee, tons of shopping, grocery stores and Eastridge Mall.
Deposit and first months rent needed along with proof of income and 2 professional references.
Deposit is $900 (Deposit is given back when you move out) Month to month lease.
About the roomies
2 male roommates, 1 female roomate all in Tech. 1 roomate works graveyard. We keep to ourselves during the day when we work from home.
