The apartment complex is located very near to Pier-39 and fisherman wharf and also to the coolest part of Italian restaurants/pubs (Near Washington square). As well as package receiving. Utilities -PG&E, TV (50“) with Xfinity flex Comcast Cable with high speed internet(600MBPS) along with Water, sewage are all included in rent!

The Location: The apartment is located at 2133 Stockton Street and right across the street from the Bay Street which has Safeway shopping center with Starbucks, Pete’s coffee, bagels, pizza, Chinese food, CVS, Trader’s Joe and more. Basically, we have all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about parking on campus or a big commute. The HULT IBS is 5 minutes by bike! and 8mins by walk (0.8km).

The Roommate: Early 30’s studying in IBS, Looking for respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 1/2 each for common supplies, toilet paper, etc.) Perfect for a undergrad, young professional or grad student.

When: Apartment will be available from Jan16th’2022 for 6-7months stay (flexi) with an advance of $500. I would ideally like to have roommate with written commitment (between me and new roommate) by Jan9th’2022.
