My wife and I are about to take a long trip to travel to the East Coast and then to Asia and we were hoping to find someone to sublet our master bedroom while we were gone! The room is very large (easily the size of 2 normal bedrooms) and comes with its own attached bathroom, a king size bed, my wifes makeup table, 2 electric desks for working/studying, a large mounted TV, and built in dressers! You would share the main floor with a non for profit director Maurice. Juan and Alena live downstairs and prefer to spend the majority of their time in their rooms. My wife and I will be gone from at least September to March but our plans can be flexible. I’m looking for $1000 a month plus split of utilities (~$80 a month). There will be a total of 4 people living in the house but it will feel like you have the whole house. Alena (server) and Juan (security) live downstairs and shares the downstairs bathroom. They prefer to spend most of their time in their rooms and you’ll generally never see them. Maurice (non profit director) lives in the other bedroom on the main floor. There is also a cat that roams around the house and the cutest tiny dog that is very well behaved that lives in Alenas room.
