Coastline Place

Hey my name is Angel. I am looking for someone to rent out the small room I have available. Its only $650 including utilities. The deposite is $300. It’s an amazing condo in the best spot in Point Loma. It comes with a closet and plenty of storage space. There is a mattress available if you want it or we can take it out. The complex has a beautiful pool, hot tub, BBQ area and playground. It is a gated community and very safe. Inside the condo there is a washer and dryer and dishwasher. It is located by vons off of midway. You will be sharing a bathroom with the other roomate. It’s by the 8 and 5 freeway and has just about every store you need close by. I’m hoping to find someone by April 1st.

About myself, I am 25 and work two jobs in Point Loma. My son will live with me part time. He is 2 years old and the sweetest boy ever. I keep my house pretty clean and very respectful. We also have a great roomate Steve that is awesome. I hope to find someone that is great at communicating and can become great friends as well as roommates.
