SEEKING ONE HOUSEMATE We are seeking a chill, quiet, mature, clean, responsible and considerate human being. Two girls in our thirties currently living in the house along with a cat and a very sweet golden retriever. The cat rarely comes to the main level of the house. Pets are negotiable. All housemates are friendly, considerate and believe in open/transparent communication. CLEANLINESS IS A TOP PRIORITY in all shared areas, especially the kitchen. Everyone enjoys cooking, so the kitchen is often the place where we socialize.

IT’S AVAILABLE March 18, 2018! The lease is month-to-month, however, we prefer someone who is looking for a long-term place to live, the longer the better. Flexible on move-in date. Could be ready as soon as March 15th.

BEDROOM DETAILS: The bedroom is nice, clean and large per SF standards, easily fits a king size bed. Windows facing the backyard. The room is unfurnished. The house itself is already furnished, so the room needs to go to someone without living room/kitchen furniture. We may be able to rearrange furniture to fit in some cool pieces if need be. The room is for a single person only.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS You must be financially stable and have a minimum income of $3k/month and credit score above 700. $1,400 a month + internet/utilities included in rent. There is a security deposit of $1,400.
