About the room
We have four bedrooms with separate two side.there are two rooms on the Left and two rooms on the right
For the private bathroom, the monthly rent will be $850-$900
One bedroom with individual AC control $900. garage parking
All the rooms have password door locks, and they are fully furnished. The house is a 4900 sqft property that resides in a quiet Sugar Land in Fort Bend county Neighborhood. There are a tennis court, a swimming pool, a park, and within the Riverstone HOA. Please contact me for more details if you are interested.
No pet .No overnight guest. No smoking and drinking. Looking for someone that can keep the room and common area clean. No background check needed, we only need to see the two most recent paystubs.
About the roomies
The owner is also living in the house. She is Chinese and very friendly. The general area of the house will be maintained by the owner.
