I have a room I’m trying to re-let at Campus Crossing off of Elizabeth in Fort Collins. Rent is $550 +~$30 utilities. I have 3 other roommates and the lease would end July 18th. January rent would be covered and you could move-in anytime in January. Apartment has balcony, washer/dryer, dishwasher and complex has computers, printing, gym & pool.
About the roomies
Apartment is student housing and rooms are rented by unit. My 3 other roommates are all science majors at CSU. 2 are girls, and 1 is a boy, and the bathroom will be shared with a girl. 1 of my roommates has a cat. I can give out contact info for them if you need/want more information.
