Or you can have your own master bedroom with huge walk in closet at a separate area of the house for $900 monthly furnished. For $900, you and 2 more tenants will be renting the whole house with all bills included and completely furnished. As the Landlord, I will not be staying at the property. The house is rented out per room. There are 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with private restroom and two other bedrooms on a separate area of the house; with shared restroom. You have access to the whole house. As the Landlord, I do not stay at the home. The garage space for your vehicle will be rented out for an additional fee, if interested. The roommates need to be respectful, clean, responsible and take care of the house as if it were your own. Both rooms are furnished as well as the house. The house has pots, silverware, plates, etc for your use. All you need is your personal belongings. All bills included.
