Aimee's room

Greetings! My husband and I are renting two spare bedrooms in our 1,700 square foot home in Bakersfield CA. It is 10min drive to CSUB. Both rooms are furnished with a single bed. Both rooms have a 22inch TV receive bright light from a north-facing window. Our home has an open kitchen, living, and dinning room. All of which are shared living spaces. Our couches sit around the gas chimney, which faces south. The dinning table sits in the east, between two east-facing windows. The kitchen island separates the dinning table and stove. Kitchen all appliances are stainless steel including microwave, and dish washer. The kitchen leads into the garage door which has an AC unit and French doors in place for a garage door. Two French doors face south, and lead into a shaded porch, and the pool. The backyard boasters a storage shed, which sits on the east side of the home, and faces north. The pool sits at the end of the yard perimeter; next to a nice chunk of green lawn. At the end of which, sits a gazebo that houses an outdoor dinning table for six. We do keep cat as a pet and plenty of house plants give life to our home.

My husband and I both work about 50 to 100 hours a week. He as a truck driver and I as a speech-language pathologist. When he’s home he sleeps. I get home after 4 o’clock and I mostly just take care of house chores and prepare for the following day. On the weekends we listen to music, load the washer a few times, grocery shop and prepare meals for the week. We are currently looking for female roomies who are friendly, respectful, flexible, easy going, considerate, and clean. Our home is peaceful, and harmonious. The entire house is shared. Bills included. Both roomies would share one restroom. Both rooms are furnished. Closets and wall decorations will be cleared out.

We do require proof of income, and a security deposit.
