This is a beautiful 5 bedroom house built in 2017. The square footage is 2882. Huge living room with 3 TV’s mounted on the wall. It’s also a gated community! There’s three females and myself.
It’s 13 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, 12 minutes from ASU, 10 minutes from the Airport, 7 minutes from Tempe Marketplace and it’s right off the 202 freeway.

About the roomies
I’m a film producer, Kaprece is the ASU Gymnastics Coach, Viri works at Deloitte, Destiny is an EMT. We love traveling, sports, cooking, festivals, screenwriting and working out. Pretty laid back, very neat. Open communication, cleanliness and someone who doesn’t cause drama are the only requirements. Excited to hear from you!
