Hi! We have a single room available July 1st in a newly remodeled/renovated, spacious, and friendly home in Vandenberg Village! The room is roughly 12.5x13 ft, with new floors, LED light fixtures, dimmer switches, blackout blinds, mirrored closets and a fresh coat of paint. The shared bathroom has been renovated with brand new appliances (including shower valves, shower head, vanity, mirror, and lighting.

The house has 3 bathrooms, 4 rooms, a large living space, an open kitchen with lots of counter space, and a huge backyard (with a fire pit, workout area, fruit trees and berries. It’s in a friendly neighborhood with lots of nearby trails, walking distance from Vandenberg Village Shopping Center, and near multiple neighborhood parks/schools. It is minutes away from Lompoc’s main shopping center as well as Vandenberg Space Force Base.

We are looking for a clean, kind, and respectful person to rent the room. Non-drinker/smoker is a plus. The room is going for $950/mo (includes all utilities, wifi, washer/dryer access, shared bathroom with one other person, access to all shared living spaces, and parking).
