Lindsey's room

I have a master bedroom available in Central Park that has a big private attached bathroom and walk in closet! The room is furnished with a California kig bed and dresser/side table. The location of the house is close to the Anschutz Campus with easy access to I-70 from Havana St. It is also easy to get downtown or to the airport by taking the RTD train from the Central Park or Peoria station. Our ideal roommate would be someone that is a clean, respectful, professional around our age that works full time. We are taking time to find a good fit. Street parking and there is a washer/dryer in the house. Rent is 995 + utilities split between everyone in the house (50-75 a month).

A little bit about current roomies: I am 27 and have an 2.5 year old Australian Shepherd named Denali, so it is important you like dogs because she is very friendly! The other roommate is 27 as well and works while completing a masters program so we stay pretty busy. We are outdoorsy- like to camp, ski, backpack, bike, etc. It is not a party house, but we like to go out together every now and then. Keeping common areas clean is essential for us to have a happy living enviornment, so we definitely need someone that is clean and values a tidy space. We also value living a healthy lifestyle and want someone with the same intent & interests as us to join!
