Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease (550 a month), from January/February 2022 to August 2022. It is a private room in a 4 bedroom/1 bathroom home right off of Como.

We’ve got a cozy well-furnished living room, dining room, basement, back porch, and kitchen which we all share. There’s a washer/dryer in the basement.

From the house, it’s about a 5 minute walk to Black Coffee and Waffle Bar, a 15 minute walk to Dinkytown, and a 20 minute walk to U of M campus. It also sits less than a block away from stops for line 3 buses going east and west bound. There’s a driveway for parking, if you’ve got a car, and there’s usually space to park in front as well.

I am open to selling the room furnishings (bed frame, desk, curtains, mini tea table + floor pillows) for a additional reduced price, if you’re interested! Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to sublease the room!

Currently living in the other 3 rooms are three respectful and friendly college-aged women. Some are students, some are not. There’s also a cat named Mochi.
