25’x12’ room with private bath. Hardwood floor, two solid walls of windows, your own entrance from the shady back yard and driveway, and another door to the kitchen, where you have your own refrigerator. Furnished, but I can remove some things if desired. This is a 1940 house with all the charm and quirks that go along with old houses.

Fabulous location adjacent to the historic district: a few blocks from downtown, the University, and grocery!

Fenced front and back yards great for dogs. Cats and tiny dog breeds, however, can escape through the picket fence.

The living room is part of my space (my rooms open directly onto it) so your access to it will be somewhat limited.

The pictures need to be updated when the tenant moves out. I’ve added blackout curtains. Furniture includes bed, night stand, lamps, armoir, dresser, recliner, and coffee table.

Includes all bills. $500 deposit. 3 month minimum stay then month-to month with 30 day move-out notice.

For both our security, we’ll have a Zoom meeting or something like it before we exchange any personal information.

I’m a middle-aged retired professor working at home on a book with the aid of my old gentle labrador retriever. Extremely quiet, don’often have people over, and socially progressive (both me and the dog). Looking for similar.
