Perfect layout for roommates (one room up, one room down). Room has its own attached bathroom. Parking spot in the attached garage. The room can be unfurnished or furnished (I have a spare bed, and shelves that can be used). On-site amenities include pool, fitness room, and indoor half-court (basketball).

No drama primary lease-holder, professional role for work, conservative, enjoys working out at the gym and college football. Has a super-people-friendly dog that’s allowed on the couch, so potential roommates must love dogs. She is not cat-friendly and it’s best she remains the only dog at home.
