The property includes a tennis court with an extra large area around the court designed after the Australian Open courts. Currently, it’s being used mostly for pickleball. We have two pools connected by a water slide, a large outdoor gym, full-sized cinema, library, family room, living room, kitchen, dining area, two bars, large 3-story game room with ping pong, billiards, shuffleboard, and over 100 board games, 4th-level room and balcony, putting areas, plus a dry and steam sauna, and more. Speakers throughout the house along with special lighting.

There are hiking trails on the property along with our “Stonehenge” fire pit in a heavily wooded area. We are near great hiking and mountain biking. We’re under 30 minutes from beautiful beaches (without traffic) and about 45 minutes from downtown San Diego.

I’m a scientist and CEO. I have two daughters who live in the UK. I have a lot of space and I rent out rooms in my home. The other guys are 21 (CSU-SM biology-chemistry double major and future dental school student), 23 (works/takes classes to be an electrician), and 28 (works as a lab technician and also takes related classes) to earn a degree.

Everyone here is calm and we get along great. The value of renting here is higher than the price charged and it includes all bills plus most cleaning supplies, etc.

We have a tennis and pickleball court, fantastic gym, two pools, a full-sized cinema, 3-story game room, with 4th level tower room, billiards, Stonehenge fire pit, water slide, rock climbing wall, hiking trails, etc.

We all get along really well. The guys who live here started playing pickleball some in early January. I’m a former college tennis player and coach and it’s been great for everyone. There would be no requirement to play pickleball, pool, ping pong, etc., but if you are interested in a very positive environment please contact me.
