We prefer to keep cooking simple with light meals, and rest assured, we don’t host parties or engage in smoking of any kind, including weed.

Speaking of cleanliness, we take pride in maintaining two full bathrooms that are always tidy and well-organized. The same goes for our common areas, such as the kitchen and living room – they are always in top-notch condition.

We are offering this fantastic room at the affordable price of $1500 per month, plus bills. The lease is month-to-month, providing you with flexibility and convenience.

We are looking for a respectful, clean, and polite individual to join our humble and friendly living space. We do have an important house rule: no weed or any kind of smoke is allowed, and parties should be held elsewhere.
