Sam's room

I’m looking to sublet my room for 1-2 months between ~June 1st and ~August 1st. The room has a walk-in closet and you will have a private bathroom (all pictured). I’m flexible on timing so long as we can agree on a specific move-in and move-out date.

The room will come fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress, desk, and bedside table. Sheets are not included. The walk-in closet will be cleared of all items to accommodate.

Overall this is a great house in a prime location. You’re blocks away from Patterson Park and a 5 minutes walk to the bars in Canton square. The whole space comes with a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and area for TV-viewing.

You will have one 28 year-old male roommate who is a chill guy. The house stays clean and we split chores (dishes, vacuuming, wiping counters, etc) evenly.
