Balcony overlooking Stamford bay, and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Close proximity to Stamford train station. Also, assigned parking spot is included in the rent. Boat slips are available on the property for rent.

We’re 3 working professionals in our mid-twenties. We lay pretty low on weekdays, but like to go out on weekends. We’re pretty laid back about pretty much everything. Let us know if you’re interested. We also have German Shepard, he’s very friendly and loves people.
