Newly remodeled spacious basement bedroom in north central Longmont. The house is in a nice safe neighborhood that is easy biking or walking distance to downtown. The space offers a nice clean feel with a newly renovated private bathroom, engineered wood flooring, a huge closet with adjustable storage racks, a plush armchair, dimmable recessed lighting, a modern design workstation and TV, and a comfortable queen-sized bed.

Enjoy the clean modern decor, spacious floorplan, and bright natural light that enters through a large egress window on the west wall of the home. You’ll have ample free on-street parking, an onsite washer and dryer, and a semi-private entrance through the back door. Great intention was taken with every detail, making this an ideal stay for both short-term (minimum of 3 months) and long-term.

We warmly welcome traveling healthcare professionals. The house is within walking distance of Common Spirit Longmont United Hospital (1.2 miles) and close to UC Health Longs Peak Hospital (5.5 miles). Being that a nurse lives in the home, we understand the needs and demands of healthcare professionals.

Private Bedroom: Sleep is essential after a long and hard day of work! The room comes with a comfortable queen-sized mattress, soft sheets, black-out blinds, a bedside nightstand, and a sunrise alarm clock to ease those early mornings.

Private Bathroom: Brand new and fully renovated. Towels provided.

Ample Storage: In addition to a spacious closet, you’ll have additional storage available in the unfurnished basement space. For non-climate-controlled items (i.e. a bicycle), there is even more storage in the locked backyard shed.

Dedicated Desk Space: Modern style leaning desk serves as a great workstation and is equipped with a wall-mounted TV. You can comfortably watch movies from the bed or the oversized armchair with an ottoman. Longmont’s Nextlight internet cable is lightning fast and provides excellent internet service for streaming video.

Shared Kitchen: The kitchen is shared with the homeowners and includes access to standard options like a microwave, dishwasher, and gas range. In addition, access to other high-quality appliances like a Vitamix blender, Kitchen Aid mixer, and food processor are available to use. A large fridge/freezer and designated pantry space ensure plenty of room for your food items. You’ll love the bright morning sun and the retro style of our 1950s kitchen.

Shared Outdoor Space: Large and stunning backyard. In the warmer months, the backyard is an absolute highlight. The park-like backyard has mature peach and maple trees, a vegetable garden, a large patio that hosts morning sun, a gas grill, and a fire pit. It’s an incredible space to enjoy quiet time or socialize with friends/family at our farm table under ambient outdoor lighting.

No (more) Pets: Two kitties live in the home and we cannot accommodate any more animals.

This is home to a late-30s couple and two kitties (Ellie and Riley). Andrew is a mountain guide and program coordinator and Bronwyn is an ICU nurse at Longs Peak Hospital. We love to rock climb, have long days in the mountains, and spend quality time with friends and family. We are happy to share meals and company with the downstairs renter or allow more solitude, whichever is preferred.
