Lovely room (11 1/2 x 11 1/2) with 2 closets in a 3 story, 13 room house with 3 other housemates: shared WiFi (housemates name), updated bathroom, large kitchen with newer stove and assigned and common area shelves and cupboards, laundry room with nice washer and dryer, storage rooms, bike room, living room, and porches. It’s near downtown Denver and all it has to offer; and a block or so from the Santa Fe art district, King Soopers, Cherry Creek trails, Auraria Campus, light rail and the usual liquor, smoke, pizza, carry out, and MJ local businesses. A lot of interesting neighbors in the adjoining townhomes. Street parking. 1/4 share of utilities. No doubling up. Can’t do more than 4 persons. It’s located a block south of the Auraria Campus at 14th Avenue and Kalamath.

3 nice, working individuals (25-40ish). Co-Ed. The housemates keep the place clean and take the trash and recycle to the alley, get along well etc. The water/person is usually about $9-10/month. The gas and electricity vary with the weather. Trash ($5/mo). WiFi with housemate is century link $65/month or $16+/person.
