Washer & dryer in the unit (garage) Full sized kitchen with access to my crockpots, instapot & all other kitchen utensils & pots/pans. I also have an office space that I am more than happy to share!

You’d have street parking right next to the entrance to my place since I am a corner unit & then when i am gone one weekend a month, you can park in the garage.

I am more than happy to do a FaceTime video with you to show you around the place but will not be doing in person showings unless I feel comfortable & you are serious about being a roomie.

Literally 4 miles away from the 95, and about a mile to Publix & Planet Fitness. Community has a pool!!

Looking for a CLEAN, responsible, trustworthy roomie. I am a reservist & am gone one weekend a month plus whenever i have additional duties (example: i was gone 3 weeks in July) so i need to know my place is going to be taken care of.

Major perk is that you will have the entire place alone while I am gone for military duty as well.

This would be a legal lease… before move in there would be a $250 application fee that covers credit & background check & cleaning fee upon move out. If your credit/background check come back bad then i will refund whatever is left over.

$1500 for First months rent & $1500 security deposit will be due upon signing the lease

I am willing to drop rent to $1,400 a month IF you would be willing to watch my dog/cat for my military drill weekends

I am a young professional living with my hypoallergenic yorkie mix 9 year old dog! He is house broken - so NO he will NOT eat your shoes / phone charger or go potty all around the house. The most he will do is try to cuddle with you! (: I also have a kitten who is also house / potty trained! I am laid back & mind my business. We can be as interactive as you want or dont want to be. I am in the military reserves so of course no drugs allowed in the house. I am normally not at the house much due to work & school. I am very low key. I love anime, painting, games & being outside!
