I have a clean and safe place with a nice back yard and patio. Very open floor plan yet the ability to retreat to your private room when needed. Its a mature and quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown and the interstate.

I’m 53. Although I do entertain at times it is low key and never late. On my days off I work in my shop, wash my jeep or BBQ. I work 12 hour shifts both days and nights so at times our interactions would be minimal meaning at times the place is yours to relax. I have one female roomie at this time and she is great. She works long days and is rarely home. With that being said I am looking for another female for bathroom privacy reasons. I have two dogs so unfortunately I cannot allow anymore dogs or cats. Although I have nothing against children, unfortunately the place is not child friendly. I’m open to all ages but do prefer those closer to mine. Any further questions please feel free to text me.
