2 bed, 2 bath with split floor plan in Fort Myers, FL. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Room will be unfurnished. Shared living area. Dishwasher and washer/ dryer included. Internet and electric is billed separately and split monthly. You will have to put in an application and pay the deposit/ application fee. Easy commute. Quiet neighborhood. Has a dog park, fitness room and pool.

Looking for a roommate. I work fulltime M-F and go to school. Doing online classes currently.

I’m quiet, active, enjoy the beach, traveling, working out, and staying in watching movies. I respect everyone’s privacy and expect the same in return. I have a 4yr old son. He’s playful and all-around happy little boy. I have him during the week and every other weekend he will be away. During the day, we are away and once we are home, we have dinner, keep to ourselves & are quiet/ watch movies. We’re usually pretty active/ out & about throughout the day until bedtime. He sleeps very well, so noise shouldn’t be a problem. Will also help keep the place neat and tidy. I have 2 cats that are friendly, well behaved & litter box trained. I don’t mind if there are other animals around. I’m not a messy person and clean up after my son as well. I don’t party or do drugs, but don’t mind hanging out/ having a chill night. I respect everyone’s space & privacy, so if you want peace and quiet, that is no problem. There are times I like to keep to myself as well.
